Purpose

ColdMail must not be used for abusive, unlawful, or deceptive messaging practices.

Prohibited Activity

• Sending unsolicited messages that violate applicable anti-spam laws
• Misleading sender identity, spoofing, or deceptive headers
• Malware, phishing, or fraudulent communication
• Harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Use of purchased or scraped lists without lawful basis

Sender Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Lawful outreach practices
• Respecting unsubscribe and suppression requirements
• Following platform sending best practices
• Maintaining list hygiene and consent where required

Enforcement

ColdMail may suspend or terminate access for violations that create security, legal, or deliverability risk.
